The Esplanade is a mid-rise mixed use complex comprised of five Class “A” office buildings and a retail promenade.

Completed in phases starting in 1988, The Esplanade is located in the heart of the Camelback Corridor on a 14.78 acre parcel of land on the Southeast corner of East Camelback Road at 24th Street.

The complex has (1) four-level subterranean parking garage, (1) three-level, free standing, above-grade parking garage and (1) two-level attached parking garage as part of Tower IV. All garages accommodate 3,864 vehicles and are shared among the common area parcel ownership entities.
